Aside from having more resources, a good reason why you could get your own server and use it instead of a shared web hosting plan is that you could install and run a large selection of software. With a shared account, you'll be able to use applications, that do not require root access and are not installed server-side, so in case you need certain software for your web sites, you can't install it on a shared hosting server. This isn't the situation with a hosting server of your own in which you are able to install everything you would like. The downside is that you may not have much experience and taking care of your own server is more complicated that managing a shared hosting account where the provider manages the majority of things. That's why we offer an extra service for our hosting server packages called Installation & Troubleshooting and you could take advantage of it any time that you experience any difficulties with the management of your server.

Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Servers
The upgrade includes 60 minutes of custom work on your hosting server, so in case you obtain any one of our
VPS servers plans, you can take full advantage of this service and have our administrators do various tasks which you cannot perform yourself or you have no time. They could install and set up any piece of third-party software for you in case the installation is complicated or they can troubleshoot any application that does not work properly for some reason. You can add the upgrade to your plan as frequently as you want depending on the time needed for a certain task and its complexity. Any remaining time will remain available in your account for the future and you can see how many minutes are left inside your billing Control Panel. Our Managed Services upgrade provides 30 minutes of custom work on your hosting server too, but just in case you require more than that, you could always add the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade with a few mouse clicks through the billing area.

Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
You'll be able to add the upgrade to any of the
dedicated servers we offer at any time that you need it. In case you need any custom work from our administrators right after your server is ready, you'll be able to order the upgrade during the hosting server signup procedure, or when you need something to be executed later, you can add the upgrade from your billing Control Panel. The Installation & Troubleshooting service includes 60 minutes work from our admins on your hosting server, so if you encounter any problems to install a third-party software or some application gives errors and doesn't work the way it is supposed to, our experts shall help you in a very timely manner. If a task takes less than an hour, the remaining time shall be available for future tasks and you will be able to see it inside the billing area. This upgrade is suitable in the event that you do not have lots of experience with managing a server or if you use our Managed Services upgrade, but you run out of the thirty minutes custom work it includes.
